Gifting

Gifting is a new Tiny Tower feature, introduced with the Version 1.5 update.

Gifting gives the player the ability to send stocks of products to your friends. Each time the player finishes stocking a product, it can be gifted to a friend by clicking on it, just like quick-selling. When the player clicks on the product, a bubble pops up and asks you whether you want to quick sell or gift it. The price of gifting a product is the same as quick-selling it.

Gifting can give players opportunities to help their friends who had just began playing Tiny Tower and doesn't have enough stock to earn money quicker. Through the usage of gifting, one don't have to stock each of the 3 products individually, but just stock 1 and receive the other 2 from their friends.

For players that haven't all the necessary floors and are trying to complete missions, Gifting becomes useful as the player can receive stocks from their friends, which can be used to complete missions, players can send each other stocks in-game to help each other out with their missions.

When gifting items to friends that don't have that stocking option, (example: california rolls are for the sushi bar only), it will give your friend coins instead of the actual stock.
