Missions

Added in Version 1.5.

Missions likely take inspiration from Requests and Sets in Pocket Frogs, another of NimbleBit's Freemium games, where players are rewarded bonus items (potions and/or stamps) or coins for collecting certain frogs, unassociated with the regular play of the game. Missions will grant the player Tower Bux (so far a scale of 4 to 28 TB is known) for stocking a minimum amount of certain sets of products. Each time the player stocks a product relevant to the mission in progress, it is "delivered" to the mission rather than to the store for sale. In this way even the most ridiculously high amounts of stock necessary for some missions can be accumulated over time with no extra effort from the player — simply a sacrifice of the potentially earned value of coins.

Only one mission can be in progress at a time; switching missions cancels any progress made on the previous mission without compensation.

For players that haven't all the necessary floors, NimbleBit simultaneously introduced another mechanic with Version 1.5: Gifting, where players can send each other stock in-game.
