The Sushi Bar is a traditional sit down sushi-ya with a distinctly clean, modern Japanese feel. Stools line the counter before the itamae, where premade maki, along with piles of raw fish, gari and wasabi are ready to be served behind glass. Orchids top this counter and the cash register, and shelves filled with dishes line the wall, along with a large sushi emblem over the entrance. The windows are covered with a thin, golden shade, possibly with paper. The sushi bar is also the only floor that gives you Tower Bux with the Joan Burns Glitch.
To unlock the Oakinawa achievement, fully stock the Sushi Bar and the Wood Shop.
To complete the A Bit Fishy mission, stock 1,125 Sea Urchin from the Sushi Bar and 1,350 Shrimp Platter from the Mexican Food.
The Sushi Bar's stock includes: California Roll, Tuna Roll and Sea Urchin.
