The TV Studio is a television recording and editing studio.
This is a floor of two halves, with the left-hand side being dedicated to production matters and the right-hand side being set up as a chat show studio.
The flooring on the right-hand side is orange, and the studio has been kitted out with two LC2 chairs (they are the "Modern Chairs" from the Furniture Store), a round coffee table and two tall parlour palms. The backdrop is a pale blue colour. Two floor lights illuminate the seating for the show host and guest, and a boom mic is present to pick up audio.
Over on the production side, the flooring is dark blue and the walls are a greenish-grey with white skirting boards and doorframe. To the far left is the production gallery, where a bank of six monitors sits above the mixing desk. There is a wheeled office chair, which is upholstered in pink. The production gallery is separated from the door with a screen. Between the door and the chat show studio stands a TV camera.
Studio lights are hung from the darkened ceiling.

To complete the Election 2012 mission, stock 2,025 News Segment from the TV Studio and 14,850 TV Ad from the Ad Agency.
