The Tiny Tower is a bustling, high-rise mixed commercial and residential building, of which the player is the proprietor, manager and landlord.

Building up from just a Lobby and a basic elevator, the tower can grow to 160 fully stocked floors, housing 300 Bitizens, as of the Version 1.5.2 update. The entire tower is modular, and each floor can be moved independently to the player's desired order.

The tower itself is situated in an otherwise small city — the surrounding buildings rising no more than perhaps twenty stories — with a grand mountainous backdrop.
