VIPs
From Tiny Tower Wiki
VIPs are special event Bitizens that bring extra business or cut waiting time. They appear in the elevator at random, announced by a special VIP notification badge, and can wait there to be delivered to the floor of the player's choice indefinitely, unless the player checks their friends list or force quits the game. As of the Version 1.2 update, a new VIP — the Real Estate Agent — was added to the classic four.

Construction Worker

The Construction Worker instantly progresses the construction time of any floor by 3 hours. The ability stacks, and multiple Construction Workers can be sent to the same floor simultaneously. Use only if necessary.
The Construction Worker appears in orange garb and a yellow hat, supposedly a hardhat. The male's hat appears as a ball cap, while the female's hat is more like a sunhat.

Delivery Man

The Delivery Man, similar to the Construction Worker, instantly progresses the stocking time of a commercial floor by 3 hours. The ability stacks, and multiple Delivery Men can be sent to the same floor simultaneously.
The Delivery Man appears in a brown outfit. The male version also has a brown cap, while the female version does not.

Celebrity

The Celebrity brings a large crowd of 50 Bitizens with her into the shop.
Because of the fixed size of the crowd, the maximum bonus earned from the Celebrity is 150 Coins. Unfortunately, this is a very small and non-scaling bonus, making this VIP essentially a throw-away in terms of buying power. However, small, cheap and quickly stocking locales are a decent place to send the VIP. Even with only her crowd of only 50 Bitizens, she can make a fast dent in the supply of the floor so as to hurry the next stocking cycle, bringing the player the next restocking bonus sooner.
The Celebrity is female only. Her shirt is pink and her pants white. She wears her hair long with no hat, but sunglasses and red earrings.

Big Spender

The Big Spender buys the entire stock of one random item in the shop. He grants no "free money", but saves the player time in collecting the value of their stocked items.
Due to the limitless wallet of the Big Spender, in some cases the pay off can be monumental, up to 90,000 when the player is correctly prepared as of the Version 1.2 update. It is recommended to send the Big Spender to shops with the biggest stocks of only high cost items. For maximum profit, the player can use Big Spender Optimization.
The Big Spender is male only. He wears a green outfit, with a yellow tie and sunglasses.

Real Estate Agent

| “ | 'This Real Estate Agent will move new Bitizens into the residential floor you delivery them to!' | ” |
The Real Estate Agent will move the maximum bitizen into the apartment of your choice, filling the apartment immediately. This is particularly helpful when cycling residents or with the Tower Bux Juggle.
To get the maximum potential out of this VIP, it is recommended to send the Real Estate Agent to an empty or nearly empty floor. Additionally, Bitizens seem to otherwise request elevator rides to Residential Floors that are full or nearly full more frequently than to emptier ones.
The Real Estate Agent can be either female or male. While they both wear a dark blue outfit, the female accessorizes with red earrings and the male with a red tie.
